You can sign up for a course of study that leads to the certification at the approved Second Chance Institutions in each territory. These include:

Educational institutions offering adult education programmes

Alternative secondary education institutions

Youth Skills training projects

Prisons

Please note that each Institution has its own requirements and fees that you will be required to meet. You can find the approved Second Chance Institutions by selecting your country on the menu in this section or at the bottom of the website.
