To start with, if you're between the ages of 16 and 30, then this is for you.

Also you must live in any of the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname or Trinidad and Tobago.This programme is about helping those who need it most. Therefore if you see yourself in one of the following situations, this programme is for you:

You're a teenage parent
You have two, one or no education certificates
You don't understand English or Maths very well
You're unemployed or working for a minimum wage
You don't have the skills to get a better job or do better in life
You just don't get how people say you should behave
You've been beat up or abused
You've had a problem with drugs
You try really hard not to be violent but you can't control it easily
You've got a criminal record

This is specifically for you, because everyone deserves a second chance.
